• DDoS Attacks: Attempting to disrupt, overwhelm, or disable the Site through Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks or similar means is prohibited.
• API Abuse: Excessive or abusive use of our API endpoints, including but not limited to TMDB proxy services, that violates rate limits or terms of our partners is prohibited.
• Partner Service Abuse: Any activity that results in abuse, rate limit violations, or terms of service violations of our partner services (including The Movie Database, Supabase, Cloudflare, or others) is strictly prohibited.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other users' accounts, or our systems is prohibited.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of access, legal action, and cooperation with law enforcement authorities.

9. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
